The Second Term

After six months of strike and mobilizations, we started the second term. For one part, i don't like the idea of being here in summer, as i am from Puerto Montt, i wanted to be with my family and friends, but also being in Santiago in summer means to suffer with the weather. This is important to me, yes, but not more important as the academic situation. It's difficult, because how much can we learn in such short semester? Particulary, i don't care very much being in classes learning theory, reading texts, and all that stuff that we have learn in the first and second year. The importance now, of studyng to be an antrophologist, is practice and aplly what we have studied all this years. Of course that there's so much to study and learn, but now im concern about this. Anyway, i like the subjects that i have, that are six (cinema and compared cultures, urban II, methodology SIG, rural, cognitiv of culture and methodology audiovisual etnography) plus english IV and yoga. 

I hope that this semester don't pass over us and let us exhausted... but maybe, that will pass for sure.
